  • We respect your right to be forgotten. To delete your account permanently, navigate to Settings and tap "Delete Account." Please note that this action is irreversible and will erase all your logged health history immediately.

  • Yes. Your privacy is our top priority. All your health data is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with GDPR and HIPAA standards.

  • If you have forgotten your password, tap the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to reset your credentials securely.

  • If you were unable to log an event when it occurred, you can add it later. When creating a new log, tap the Calendar Icon to select the specific date and time the event happened. The entry will appear in your history under that selected date, ensuring your medical timeline remains accurate.

  • Please ensure you have updated to the latest version of the app in the App Store or Google Play Store. If the issue persists, please email us at support@sikila.com with your device model and a description of the issue.
